Cook chicken pieces in a flavourful paste with gongura leaves in a pan. Add the cooked basmati rice to another pan. Drizzle desi ghee, rose water, saffron water, and kewra essence. Sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, and slit green chillies. Finally, add the sliced fried onion. Add the pre-cooked gongura chicken on top of the rice and serve hot.
