Sattu Ka Paratha
Take flour in a bowl and add salt, ajwain, kalonji, ghee, and knead it. For stuffing, add sattu, ajwain, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, and red chilli powder to a bowl. Add onion, lemon juice, achar masala, mustard oil and coriander leaves. Mix well. Now, roll out parathas with this stuffing and cook on a non-stick griddle.
