Railway Cutlet
Add ginger, green chillies, onions, carrots, French beans, beetroot, and peas to a kadhai. Add salt per taste, coriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, and lemon juice. Let it cool for a bit. Add some bread crumbs to the mix and shape your cutlets using your greased palms. Dip the cutlets in a semi-thick slurry of maida, salt, and water. Deep-fry, shallow-fry or bake the cutlets.
